Itinerary of Rajasthan Tour Packages

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

The tour representative will be there at the airport/ railway station to pick you up. You will then be transferred to a decent hotel in the capital. Once you are through with check-in process you will step out with Govt approved tour guide for sightseeing. Visit three key UNESCO World Heritage sites - Red Fort, Qutab Minar and Humayun's Tomb.

In the evening that you can enjoy Light and Sound Show at the Red Fort. Delhi is a haven for food connoisseurs. You get a wide variety of cuisines here. Get your booking done at your favourite restaurant and have a wonderful time. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Agra

In the morning the tour driver will take you to Agra in pre-booked A/C taxi. The journey is comfortable and you will be in Agra within 3 hours. After you are done with the check-in process, proceed for Taj Mahal viewing. This wonderful monument is built out a white marble.

Visit other key tourist places in Agra such as Agra Fort, Mehtab Bagh, Dayal Bagh Mandir, Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah, etc. If you want to indulge in some shopping, visit the local bazaars to buy Taj Mahal souvenirs and so many other items. Overnight stay is in Agra.

Day 3: Agra to Ranthambore

In the morning you will leave for Ranthambore which will take you around 6 hours. Ranthambore National Park is a huge wildlife reserve which is flanked for nature and wildlife enthusiasts from across the globe. You will be able to see tigers, leopards, marsh crocodiles, etc here. Overnight stay is in Ranthambore.

Day 4 - Ranthambore to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri

Early in the morning, you will be leaving for Jaipur. On the way, you will take a break at Fatehpur Sikri. This ancient city was built by Mughal ruler Akbar. It is completely in ruins now, but you will still get the idea of its grandeur and beauty. After that, you can leave for Jaipur. Once you are in Jaipur, check-into a good heritage property. Overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 5 - Jaipur Sightseeing

In the morning after your breakfast, you will step out for a city sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Jaipur has several amazing places to see. Start with an elephant ride at Amer Fort. Then you can visit Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, etc. In the evening you can visit Jawahar Circle. Overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 6 – Jaipur to Pushkar

It takes less than 3 hours to reach Pushkar and this journey is very easy. Pushkar is a popular pilgrimage site for Hindus. Visit the famous Brahmaji Temple here and take a dip at the ghats. It is believed that if you take a dip at the ghats, you will be absolved of all your sins. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Pushkar.

Day 7 - Pushkar Sightseeing

In the morning you can again visit the Brahma ji temple. Other key temples which you must visit in Pushkar are Savitri Mata Temple and Rangji Temple. Then go for a boat ride at the Pushkar Lake. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Pushkar.

Day 8 - Pushkar to Udaipur

In the morning the driver will transfer you to Udaipur. It is located at a distance of 277 kms and it will take you around 5 hours to reach. Udaipur is home to several key attractions such as Jagmandir which is a beautiful 17th-century luxury hotel. Then there is Lake Pichola which is a huge artificial lake. You must also visit places such as City Palace, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, etc. Overnight stay is in Udaipur.

Day 9 - Udaipur Sightseeing

In the morning again you will leave for some sightseeing. Today you can visit City Palace which is a 200-year-old lakeside palace complex. Other key sites which you can visit are Jagdish Temple, Monsoon Palace, Fateh Sagar Lake, Sajjangarh Palace, etc. Overnight stay is in Udaipur.

Day 10 - Udaipur to Mt Abu

In the morning you will leave for Mount Abu. This will take you around 3 hours. Mount Abu Is a beautiful hill-station popular for its Jain Temples. Overnight stay is in Mount Abu.

Day 11 - Mt Abu Sightseeing

In the morning you will leave for sightseeing of Mount Abu. Visit Nakki Lake- this is a sacred lake which offers a panoramic view of the mountains. You can also visit Toad Rock and Sunset Point. Overnight stay is in Mount Abu.

Day 12 - Mt Abu to Jodhpur

In the morning you will leave for Jodhpur also known as the "Blue City". It takes approximately 4 hours to reach Jodhpur. Jodhpur has magnificent forts as well as palaces. Visit the Mehran Garh Fort which is just spectacular. You should also visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace. This is a palace which has been turned into a heritage hotel. Another key spot which you should visit is Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay is in Jodhpur.

Day 13 - Jodhpur sightseeing

In the morning visit Mandore Gardens which are gorgeously sculpted gardens. Enjoy a nice picnic at Kaylana Lake. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 14 - Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

In the morning the tour driver will take you to Jaisalmer- the land of dunes. It takes around 5 hours to reach. Lovely song and dance performances are organized at the dunes. You can even have a tent stay if you wish. Overnight stay is in Jaisalmer.

Day 15 - Jaisalmer sightseeing

In the morning you will proceed for the sightseeing tour of this Golden City. Begin with a visit to Jaisalmer Fort. It has beautiful Jain temples. Then you can visit Patwon Ki Haveli. Inside the haveli, there is a museum containing ancient artwork and furniture. Another well-known spot in Jaisalmer is Gadsisar Lake. Overnight stay is in Jaisalmer.

Day 16 - Jaisalmer to Bikaner

In the morning you will be taken to Bikaner. The journey roughly takes around 5 hours depending on weather and traffic conditions. On reaching Bikaner check-into a good hotel and then straight away leave for sightseeing. Visit Junagarh Fort which is a huge fort around which the city of Bikaner seems to have developed. Overnight stay is in Bikaner.

Day 17 - Bikaner Sightseeing

Today you will visit The Lallgarh Palace and Gajner Palace. Gajner Palace is a heritage property which is now available for staying. Overnight stay is in Bikaner.

Day 18 - Bikaner to Mandawa

Mandawa is also known to as Land of Havelis. It takes roughly 3hours to reach Mandawa from Bikaner. Visit the Snehi Ram Ladia Haveli. It is the main tourist attraction of Mandawa. You must also visit Harlalka Well and Golden Haveli. Overnight stay is in Mandawa.

Day 19 - Mandawa to Delhi

Early in the morning, you will leave for Delhi. The journey will take roughly 6 hours. Once you reach Delhi, you will be directly transferred to the airport so that you are on time to catch a flight for your onward destination. This marks the end of your Rajasthan Tour.
