Golden Triangle Tour 5 Days offers you a chance to explore the three lovely cities in our country- Delhi Jaipur and Agra. This tour spans 5 days. In these five days, you visit different historical and architectural tourist sites in the country. From UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar and Red Fort to forts like Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Agra Fort etc, you get to see a lot in your Golden Triangle tour.

Itinerary of 4 Nights 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour

Day 1: Delhi sightseeing

The tour begins with the pick from the airport or railway station or your chosen destination spot in Gurgaon/New Delhi by the tour driver. From here you will be taken to your preferred hotel which is ideally centrally located. The Govt approved tour guide will then take you for a sightseeing tour of the capital. Begin with main tourist spots like Qutab Minar, Lodhi Gardens, Red Fort, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb etc. You can do some shopping in the malls or wherever you like. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Agra (204 km)

To avoid traffic, you will leave early in the morning for Agra which is located at a distance of only 240 km. In about 4 hrs you will reach Agra via Yamuna Expressway. The tour representative will assist you with the check-in process. On the way, you must take a halt at the forgotten city of Fatehpur Sikri. Visit key attractions here such as Buland Darwaza, Tomb of Salim Chisti, etc. Then you can proceed towards Agra. After resting for a brief while you can leave with Govt Approved tour guide to see Taj Mahal which is an amazingly beautiful white marble mausoleum built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Once you have seen Taj Mahal completely, you can visit other key tourist places in Agra like Agra Fort. It is also known as Red Fort of Agra or Lal Quila. For sunset view of Taj, you can visit Mehtab Bagh. You must also visit the Tomb of Itimad-Ud Daulah also known as ‘Baby Taj’. Taj Mahal is closed for public viewing on Friday. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Agra.

Day 3: Agra to Jaipur (240 km)

After today in the morning after having breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. The tour driver will take you to Jaipur. It takes around 4 hrs to reach Pink City. Once you reach Jaipur check into your chosen hotel. Visit Hawa Mahal which is a pink and red sandstone palace located close to City Palace. Then visit City Palace which is now a heritage hotel. In one part of the City Palace, the royal family still stays. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4: Sightseeing experience in Jaipur

Jaipur has several tourist places. Visit the three well-known forts- Amer Fort, Nahargarh Fort, and Jaigarh Fort. Elephant ride at the Amer Fort is an amazing experience for the tourist. After this, you can visit Jantar Mantar which is a royal observatory. Jaipur is known for gemstones and jewellery. People from far away visit Jaipur for buying precious and semi-precious stones. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur to New Delhi (320 Kms)

Today you will return to Delhi. It takes around 5 hrs to reach Delhi. Once you are in Delhi you can do a little more sightseeing. Visit India Gate, Parliament House and Raj Ghat. You must also see the Fountain show at Swami Narayan Akshardham Temple. Later in the evening leave for the airport to catch a flight for your onward destination. This marks the end of your Golden Triangle Tour of 5 days.
